  1. The Court reversed the District Court's dismissal of retaliation and affirmed the race issue. The Court grants N'Jais Bill of Costs for 26,000 stole salary, and documents requesting 190,000.00. The Court denied the Appellant's request to reconsider, rendered a mandate and judgment by plenary review. One year later without an appeal from the Appellants (i.e. Pittsburgh Board of Education et al), the Judgment docket showed something else- IT CLAIMED: THE COURT DENIED N'JAI'S BILL OF COSTS AND NO MONETARY RULING!!! HOW IS THAT????
